Processing Times & Shipping
We ship on Thursdays. Your order will be processed by and shipped on the Thursday following receipt of payment.
- International shipping is not available.
- Flat rate of $10 for all orders up to $99.
- Free shipping for all orders $100 or over.
Shipping charge does not include insurance or tracking. If you would like to include tracking, insurance or have your order express shipped, please e-mail us on email@example.com and we can arrange this for you (please be aware that additional charges will apply and your order will not ship until these have been paid).
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ‘change of mind’.
If you were inadvertently sent the wrong goods by us, we will get the correct items to you at our expense or arrange a refund to the RRP of the item/s you received if you are happy for this to occur and are happy to keep the sent items without replacement.
You must notify us by e-mail (with picture) if your order arrives damaged. E-mail must be received within 7 days of delivery date to arrange a replacement item.
We reserve the right to change our prices and product range at any time and without warning.
