Shipping, Packaging & Info

How long will my order take to ship?

We ship on Thursdays only, so any orders placed during the week will be processed and posted on the following Thursday. If you order on a Thursday, it will ship the next one.

Is your packaging plastic-free?

Yes — and proudly so. We use recyclable, compostable, or reusable materials wherever we can. That includes kraft boxes, paper tape, and honeycomb wrap instead of bubble wrap.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping of $10 for all orders under $100. Orders $100 and over ship free (yay!).

Is tracking or insurance included?

No, our standard shipping does not include tracking or insurance.

If you would like to upgrade to tracked, insured, or express shipping, just email us at erin@honeyandglow.com.au and we’ll sort it out. Extra charges apply.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address before checking out. If the address is incorrect and the order has already shipped, unfortunately we can’t refund or resend it.

Can I contact you about my shipment?

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because we make skincare and edible goodies, we’re unable to accept returns unless something arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, please reach out and we’ll make it right.

Our Products, Simply Explained

Are your products really handmade?

Yes, with actual hands! Erin makes every batch from scratch, right down to the labels. No factories, no shortcuts, just small-batch goodness poured, cut, and packaged with love.

Will they work for sensitive skin?

We keep things gentle, no harsh chemicals, just natural ingredients your skin will probably love. That said, everyone’s different, so a little patch test is always a good idea (especially if your skin is the cautious type).

How long will my soap or balm last?

Around 12 months, though most of it will be long gone before then. Just keep your goodies in a cool, dry spot, and they’ll stay happy.

Is your honey actually raw?

Raw as it gets. We don’t heat it, filter it, or mess with it. It’s straight from the hive: cloudy, golden, and full of all the good stuff.

Can I send a gift to someone else?

You sure can. Just pop their name and address in at checkout and we’ll take care of it. You can even leave a note and we’ll make it look lovely.

Do you offer wholesale?

Can I stock your products in my shop?

Workshops: What to Expect

How do I book a workshop?

Head to the Workshops page, choose a date that suits, and book your spot online. It’s quick and easy.

What do you actually do in a workshop?

It depends on the workshop, but usually: you make something beautiful (like a candle or balm), you learn a thing or two, and you leave feeling quietly proud of yourself. Also, it smells amazing.

Do you do private bookings?

Yes please! We love hosting birthdays, hens, team catch-ups — just send us an email and we’ll help you plan something personal and fun.

Where are they held?

Mostly in Canberra, but we sometimes pop up elsewhere too. Check the workshop page for dates and locations.
