Refund policy

At Honey and Glow, we take great care in packaging your order and ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges/Refunds/Damages

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ‘change of mind’.

If you were inadvertently sent the wrong goods by us, we will get the correct items to you at our expense or arrange a refund to the RRP of the item/s you received if you are happy for this to occur and are happy to keep the sent items without replacement.

You must notify us by e-mail (with picture) if your order arrives damaged. E-mail must be received within 7 days of delivery date to arrange a replacement item.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your mailing address is correct when placing your order. Honey and Glow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses, and we cannot repost or refund these items.
