Shipping times are estimated and may vary. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses and cannot offer reposting or refunds in such cases.

4. Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns if your item is damaged upon arrival.

To request a return:

- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at erin@honeyandglow.com.au

- Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and packaging

If you were inadvertently sent the wrong goods by us, we will get the correct items to you at our expense or arrange a refund to the RRP of the item/s you received if you are happy for this to occur and are happy to keep the sent items without replacement.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect selection

- General wear and tear or misuse

6. Limitation of Liability
