Shipping policy

At Honey and Glow, we’re committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. Please take a moment to read through our shipping details.

Shipping Schedule

We ship on Thursdays. Your order will be processed by and shipped on the Thursday following receipt of payment.

Shipping Fees

- International shipping is not available.

- Flat rate of $10 for all orders up to $99.

- Free shipping for all orders $100 or over.

Shipping charge does not include insurance or tracking.

If you would like to include tracking, insurance or have your order express shipped, please e-mail us on erin@honeyandglow.com.au and we can arrange this for you (please be aware that additional charges will apply and your order will not ship until these have been paid).

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Honey and Glow is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. We cannot repost or refund these orders.
